I had a weekend at home, and though I spent most of the weekend working in the garden, I also had time to prep a few snacks for the kiddo this week.
I am conscientious about what the kiddo eats, but I like to give him a treat every now and then. These cookies fit the bill! The only sweetness comes from the bananas and raisins, and really depends on the ripeness of the banana.
I experimented by adding some cinnamon and flax seed to the dough this week for some added Omega-3s, and the kiddo gobbled them up! Hubby has also grabbed a couple for an on-the-go breakfast in the morning!
